You can totally ship books.

I think (and this is TOTALLY a "your milegae may vary" situation) that was *I* talk about "shipping," I mean pairings I'm devoted to fandworks for - I read meta, look at art, read fic, etc. Because if it's just pairings I love, hey, I could go on all *day.* But I tend to read/participate in a pretty small smattering of pairings/fandoms at once.

If it was just a list of couples I really like, actually, Katchoo/Francine would probably have made the list.

My shipping, as you can probably tell, usually resulted because I thought the "official" way the story was told seriously missed opportunities. Which is why Laura / Remington Steele wasn't on the list -- the story was told perfectly in the first two seasons and the last three seasons are just dead to me, :-) Fandom isn't really my thing except on the most shallow level, though, so I was wondering if there was a more official version.
